Refund Policy
"How OpinVox handles subscription cancellations, refund eligibility, digital access, and abuse prevention for paid plans and premium features."
This policy is designed to be fair to legitimate customers while protecting the business from friendly fraud, repeated refund abuse, and misuse of digital services.
1. Free Access And Evaluation
OpinVox may offer a free tier or public-access features so users can evaluate the platform before purchasing a paid plan. Because digital services can be consumed immediately, refund rights for paid features are limited as described below.
2. First-Time Subscription Refund Window
If you purchase a paid monthly subscription for the first time, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of the initial purchase date.
To qualify, your account must not show material misuse of premium features, abusive activity, policy violations, or patterns suggesting chargeback abuse or serial refunding.
- Only one introductory refund is available per customer, household, payment method, and account set, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
- Refund eligibility may be reduced or denied if premium-only deliverables were substantially consumed, exported, or exploited before the request was made.
3. Non-Refundable Charges
Except where required by law, the following are generally non-refundable:
- Renewal charges after the initial 7-day window.
- Partial billing periods or unused time remaining in a cycle.
- One-time digital features, credits, custom services, or API-style access once delivered or materially used.
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violation of the Terms, fraud, abuse, or harmful conduct.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Unless applicable law says otherwise, cancellation does not create a retroactive refund and your access will continue until the end of the current paid billing period.
5. Chargebacks And Abuse Prevention
If you believe you were billed incorrectly, contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can review the issue. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks that are fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with this Policy.
We may deny refund requests where we reasonably detect coordinated refund abuse, account hopping, payment method cycling, or other behavior intended to obtain digital access without paying for it.
6. Consumer Rights And Contact
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under consumer protection laws that apply where you live.
